REFUND POLICY
We are committed to delivering high-quality digital products, educational content, business mentorship, and export advisory services to help entrepreneurs and professionals succeed in international trade and business. Because of the nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Online and Offline Training:
We are a service-based company and is fully eligible to be compensated against its time, experience, expertise, advisory, consulting and services. Any amount earned in its scope of services is not refundable unless expressly declared. All payments for online and offline training are non-refundable once you have attended the training.
In the event that the Client misses a physical training, we may re-book the Client for the next available training. This, however, is at our discretion.
Any refund once approved, will be processed within 3-7 working days.
Paid Consultation Bookings
You may request for a refund before We begin to provide the Services provided that such request is made not less than 72 hours before the scheduled consultation dates. In the same vein, consultation dates may be adjusted or rescheduled by the Client within 72 hours of the scheduled date to suit the parties booked for consultation, subject to the available dates on our calendar.
In the event that the refund request is not made more than 72 hours before the consultation date, only half of the payment made will be refunded to the Client by the company.
Where the consultation is cancelled in accordance with this clause, We will refund any amount paid by you, less any processing fee and bank charges incurred by us where applicable. Refund will be issued to the source of the original payment, and through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer or check where it is not possible to refund via the original mode of payment.
Service Subscription
Once your subscription commences, you are ineligible for a refund for any payments you have already made. If you wish to unsubscribe from our services, you may cancel your subscription. You will still have access to the subscription until the end of the period you have paid for. However, any payment you have made for Services will not be refunded to You.
Digital Products and Online Courses
All digital downloads, toolkits, eBooks, templates, masterclasses, and online courses purchased through www.ndukaudeh.com are non-refundable. Due to the immediate, irrevocable access to proprietary content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once the product has been delivered or accessed.
Attempting to download or access materials constitutes delivery.
Mentorship ProgramsĀ
All payments for business mentorship sessions or strategy calls are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request a one-time rescheduling (subject to availability), provided you notify us at least 72hours in advance.
No refunds will be issued for missed or partially attended sessions.
Event Tickets and Webinars
All tickets purchased for live webinars, trainings, or export challenges are non-refundable. In some cases, if you’re unable to attend a live event, we may offer a recording or the opportunity to attend another session at our discretion—but this is not guaranteed.
Service-Based Deliverables (e.g., FDA Registration, Export Setup)
Due to the professional nature of our service offerings, including but not limited to FDA facility registration, export compliance support, listing services, or documentation, no refunds will be issued once work has begun or documents have been submitted on your behalf.
If the customer delays the process by failing to provide necessary documents or information, that does not warrant a refund.
Duplicate Payments and Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same product or service in error, please contact us immediately at [email protected], Verified duplicate charges will be promptly refunded.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a violation of our terms and will result in:
* Immediate termination of access to any ongoing services or courses
* Forfeiture of any payments made
* Potential legal action or recovery through collection efforts
We encourage you to email us directly if you are experiencing any issues before initiating a dispute.
Policy Exceptions
We do not provide refunds based on personal circumstances, change of mind, or lack of usage. Exceptions may only be considered in cases of:
* Technical issues that prevent access to purchased material (and cannot be resolved)
* Payment errors or duplicate transactions
