  • We start wth a quick review of the commercial export process to the USA. Key processes such as customs and FDA operations, export documentations and commercial export shipping,  FDA food facility registration, and other basic shipping process to the USA are reviewed to get all participants up to speed quickly.

PSS System

The PSS (Prepare, Send, Sell)  system remains the backbone l have discovered over the years that has helped very successful exporters to get their products into USA retail stores. We review this process as follows:

  • Prepare - Why this most neglected phase for export accounts for the failure of most exporters. 
  • Send - How to get your products to the hands of your buyers quickly and at the cheapest possible cost.
